I seen that Eddie tweeted yesterday that hes moving down to Super-Feather which could be a good move for him....he seems like a top talent, hopefully he will stay active now after his unfortunate injury last year!

Makes sense i suppose, I like Martin. Tidy fighter who has a bit about him to go a good way in the sport.

I think moving to SFW makes sense because his development would be eclipsed in the current LW scene.

SFW suits his build and he can make a name for himself there and not play second fiddle in fights selected.

    Yeah I agree mate.

And especially as Matchroom will obviously favour Luke Campbell as their best prospect at Lightweight.

I can see Stephen Smith vacating the British Title in the near future if hes possibly got a World Title shot coming up and I think Martin could possibly be in the mix for that towards the end of the year. Good luck to him.

Oh yeah I forgot about that!.....isnt it going to be on one of W****n's Copperbox shows in the next couple of months? Good fight that will be.

You've also got Mitchell Smith at the weight who looks a good prospect.

That was a real test against a physical freak and Ward passed.
Refreshing, and unusual these days, to see a hot prospect get put in with a real test this early.
Personally I think he will get better, gain some composure and will go a long way.
