    Hello,

I am here to provide good advice. To lose lower belly fat and love handles you must do at least 2-3 hours of wall sits a day while cycling DNP, Clenbuterol and Vitamin K.

I am an expert. I am here to help.

    Best Regards.

Just thought I'd say i'm around 16% bodyfat! I believe that diet is definately the key.

I dont think it's eating less, it's eating the right foods if you are at 10% bodyfat in theory you already have a good diet.

:huh at 10% bodyfat he still has handles and a slightly bulging belly?

I thought at around 13% the abs start looking good:think

I wonder if some of these people have a real bodyfat composition reading done or just try to guess at what their bodyfat percentage is.

Stubborn love handles and the pooch are actually common or so I have read or heard and practically every fitness trainer I've overheard talking to a client is adamant that diet is the biggest factor in reducing the handles and the pooch.

My recent experience is successfully using the intermittent fasting diet to lose some more bodyfat after it became apparent that my none-to-strict diet was keeping me at a certain level, not going up or going down, but still a considerable way from my target weight of 210lbs. I'm now around 215lbs. I was stuck around 230lbs for a long time. I may have hit another plateau at 215lbs but it's probable it's just going to take more and more time to lose the last five pounds, those are supposedly the most stubborn.

  10. I don't wonder. They guess alright :yep

    :rofl

    rip.

They'll not be needing a very big box to bury him in, that's for sure. A size 12 shoe box should do the trick..
