    Good article.

I've always blamed all 3 of them (Pac, Floyd, Arum). People always want to take sides. They all deserve their share of the blame.

Mayweather fights his opponents at the right time, they are champions but is tailor made for him. Who would have thought a year or 2 ago that Maidana, a slow, predictable and 1 dimensional fighter is sharing the ring with Mayweather? Devon Alexander gave Maidana a boxing lesson and just imagine what Mayweather would do? Now when i think about it, it was Judah a fast southpaw was the last fast fighter Mayweather jr had fought.

    Excellent post! :good

Maidana has undoubtedly beat all his opponents since Khan when the rules of boxing were enforced. Grappling sensation Devon Alexander would be put to the same brutal test all other Maidana opponents have in his career had the ref been competent.
That he doesn't "look" good enough is no argument here. The whole point of sports rankings is that you are supposed to get the chance to keep climbing the ranks if you have done nothing but win at previous levels. Now Maidana is facing the "final boss" of boxing, and he absolutely deserves his shot.

    WAR CHINO!:bbb:bbb:bbb

True because vs Maidana and Khan he's willing to die in the ring, no health issue at all. Against PAC his health come first, he wants to spend the rest of his life with his family a healthy man because we can all just look at Ali say Floyd.

Since when is fighting a Champion a bad thing? Just because Mayweather is a once in a life time fighter doesnt mean you diminish his talent because others aren't as blessed as him.

Maidana is a WW champion and he deserved his shot. Floyd will never get credit and he's been champion for 16 years straight. Who else has done that?? You don't go 45-0 in 16 years straight and call it cherry picking or luck. Give the guy credit. It doesnt matter how you view Maidana, he is a champion. There are tons of champions in numerous weight classes that don't have the skill set or talent as Floyd, should we just stop watching boxing because they aren't as talented or skilled? Fact of the matter is, Mayweather and Maidana are about to unify titles at 147lbs.
