Undercard will probably be a Mares fight, ww contest possibly Thurman - Cano, or maybe Porter (Think Broner Thurman bit of a pipe dream), and one of Mayweathers fighters like JLeon Love or Ishe Smith vs somebody to open the PPV undercard.

They will look for these main aspects for the undercard

1) Mexican involvement - Cinco de Mayo
2) World title fight(s) - For prestige.
3) Exposure for possible future Mayweather opponents (e.g. Khan, Thurman, Porter, Lara)
4) Big name fighters (help sell the undercard)
5) Mayweather Promotions fighter.
