Hes admitting Matthysse did damage to his son .

He could have went along and never revealed any of that and make it seem like Lucas power didnt do anything significant at all .

I respect angel for that - BTW i would advise Danny garcia to never rematch Matthysse .

Garcia fans can talk all they want .

There was nothing one sided about that fight at all .

Lucas fought with just 1 eye for the majority of the fight and was still giving Danny problems .

I'm a massive fan of Lucas and I hate Danny Garcia (mainly because of his dad) but I have to admit, I gained a massive amount of respect for Garcia that night.

 

nothing exciting about fighting a guy who is 2-2 in his last 4.

 

It's his first fight in Puerto Rico and he's coming off a brutal fight against Matthysse. If the keyboard gladiators aren't impressed then they simply shouldn't watch.

 

Garcia should fight Provodnikov after Herrera. That would be a brutal fight.

 

he didnt have to even tell us anyone with a brain could see everytime lucas hit danny he was shaken up the only time he traded with lucas properly was in end of the 12 round and lucas got the better of him he fought a smart fight thats it.

But not an unfortunate cut which immediately had an effect on the fight? In my book if the fight is close, highly entertaining, and there is still a considerable doubt that a rematch would provide the same results, then why the hell not?

 

Because the result was final and both can move on to better things. A rematch might be eventually considered but I would prefer that they spare themselves rather than possibly wasting all in a rematch.
