This is the list I was starting to write . . . Hearns at 154 and 147.

I would probably add Pepp to that list. (but Less than likely because @ 130-135 Pac started to take form)

TBH the only fighter that shuts him out until it is stopped is Hearns. I see him doing to Pac what he did to Duran maybe faster because even though Pac has underrated Defense Duran had great D and got starched in 2.

I am sure there may be guys who could potentially do it at the lighter weights (when Pac was still developing) but I am not an overly familiar with the very light weights.

I noticed you changed your question around this time. Weren't phrasing it something like could anyone in history beat fighter x in what many consider to be their best performance?

I give prime Pac a better chance against glass jaw Hearns than I would give Mayweather actually.
I think the fighter that beats Pacquiao the clearest over full 12 rounds might actually be Floyd Mayweather like 10-2.
Other fighters like Trinidad or Leonard might stop him though.

One of the biggest Myths in Boxing . . . who KOed Hearns within 12 @ WW or LMW?

How Many times was he down at these weight classes (besides SRL)

Hearns was beating SRL for the first 5 -6 rounds, SRL caught him in the 6 or 7 but never put him down. SRL won a couple of rounds then Tommy started to box and won like the next 2 or 3. I think in the 13th tommy started to gas and SRL stopped him in the 14th. If Tommy can beat SRL for most of the first 12 rounds 8 or 9 he could beat Pac for 12. Also SRL punched Harder and couldnt stop Hearns when he hurt him how can Pac?

Pac easily Beats Tito who had trouble with fighters who used lateral movement. Tito did have a punchers chance but for the most part is overrated.

He clearly feels the financial rewards aren't equal to the risk. I tend to agree.

Enjoy having your thread moved to the cesspit.

I don't know man, you have some valid points there but I can't stop envisioning the fight going something like Pacquiao Cotto actually (I do NOT want to compare Cotto to Hearns in any way, shape or form!!!) with Hearns starting strong but getting caught and dropped eventually and then retreating until getting stopped late.
Prime Pac was a monster and I don't see Hearns being elusive or disciplined enough to stay away for 12 rounds.
But I concede that I might be underrating Hearns and that my judgement might be a little bit clouded because he was stopped by two of the greatest fighters of all time.
I only think that a questionable chin and endurance issues could spell problems going up against a prime Pacquiao.
Maybe Tommy kills him from the outside with his jab and finishes him early, its reasonable, but I just don't see it tbh.

    160?
Mayweather is closer to a natural Lightweight than Welterweight actually so stop with this bull****.
It would be nice if he'd fight the best 147-pounders out there (Bradley, Pacquiao) though.
