If Rigondeaux had fought someone like Salido in his second pro fight?

Would he have suffered the same fate as Loma? :think

Could he have succeeded where Loma failed?

or did he do the right thing by feasting on bums for years before finally stepping up the competition?

Rigo fought Cordoba in his 7th fight and he was lucky to get out of that fight with a win.

There are no guarantees in boxing. Not even the best can do everything.

i think if the styles were right rigo could win a title in his second fight. his style is much more suited to the pros then lomanchenkos. if it were salido i think rigo easily outboxes him

It wouldn't be easy despite Rigondeaux's boxing ability because he's facing a cheating scumbag that failed to make weight in Texas.

    This :good

Rigo never attemped it, and the Loma fight showed once again that you shouldn't.

Lomachenko would've had a far better shot if it wasn't in Texas and Salido didn't fail to make weight. Why are all the clueless idiots here overlooking the weight advantage is beyond me. You guys know that weight divisions exist in the sport for many reasons, right?

Sorry but loma should have just pulled out, it's nt as if he was forced at gunpoint to take the fight, you can't take the credit if he beats a heavy Salido then in turn have a ready make excuse for it when he loses, guess the loma fans have to hold onto something since he looked pretty lost in there at times yday which was nothing to do with weight

Weight has nothing to do with it?. Okay, I'll make this quick. You're either from Bradfordstan or Boltonabbad, am I correct?. Amir Khan's twitter page is your homepage destination, discussing boxing isn't.
