FACT: Adding the word "FACT" to something subjective does not make it a "FACT". Especially when most would disagree with the statement to begin with. Lets put the definition of "destroyed" right up there next to "floored" for the ESB most linguistically challenged.

And Danny left half blind and pissing blood. So what? Nobody got "destroyed". It was a close competitive fight which Danny won.

And we don't know how much damage Matthysse took, he hasn't spoken out on it.

But if you look at it in the big picture. Garcia came out the big big winner

He basically destroyed Matthysse's face, he made Matthysse EMO, he remained the lineal champion and destroyed all the hype the man had, he ended his "undefeated" streak. He pretty much ended Matthysse's career that night.

People just hate on Broner on this forum. Enough said.

It is more a racial thing with most of them. Personal vendetta rather than actually analysing this fight to its core.

Broner couldn't outbox Maidana how is he outboxing Matthysse? Judah, Devon, and even Garcia know they'll lose a rematch with Matthysse. Floyd, possibly Thurman, but nobody else beats Matthysse.

 

Broner's defense isn't good enough, Lucas hits too hard. Matthysse stops him... painfully.

Lucas late TKO or UD, why UD because Broner does not throw enough to win rounds and Lucas would pressure him and land a lot.
