    Greg Haugen, Jerry Quarry, and Johnny Tapia, only thing with Tapia I reckon he had a solid set of whiskers..
    Frans Botha, won heavyweight title in 1995, slow dumpy, scrapper..
    Another guy that comes to mind is Carl truth Williams, 80's heavyweight, lousy chin, mediocre fighter, but managed to do well enough to fight for a World title..

    Hopkins's speed/athleticism gets sold a little short. He has above average speed.

    Gatti had reasonably fast hands and legs, moreso early on at 130.

    He wasn't known for being the most dedicated fighter outside the ring that lived the right lifestyle. He was more talented than a lot of other world title holders.

    LOL, Hopkins doesn't qualify.
    His hand speed and foot work were better than Titos and many of his opponents.
    A Hopkins opponent that does make the list is Kelly Pavlik or Jean Pascal.

    The Klitschos should be listed right next to Valuea. All three owe their success to their height over any other attribute.

    Baldomir certainly has been mentioned? The man had a hell of a chin though, that's for sure. But nothing special in an overall athletic sense.

    To be honest, I don't think you could point to a champion that didn't have at least one thing going for them. Whether that be chin, stamina, power, speed, what have you or some combination of attributes.

    Nard started boxing at 7, won many trophies including Golden gloves in Philly... Had almost 100 amateur fights I believe... He was also a 3 time prison national champion.

    Ricky Burns two weight world champion and not exceptional at anything and Carl Froch isn't the most talented but seems to have more determination than most fighters.

    Yup , but froch has an ATG chin coupled with sickening power. when he hits you, you stay hit.
