other factors are ability (roy jones scores high), i wouldnt argue with anybody that has him as the GOAT in an all-time h2h list.

longevity (hopkins)

total domination of an era (calzaghe)

exceptional contribution in raising the profile of the sport and exceptional contribution outside the ring (Ali)
