Why did Vitaly duck a Byrd rematch?

I didn't get banned for racism. I stalked MacKKKenzie's Nazi ass from thread to thread and called him out on being member of a white supremacist site (which you seem to have no problem with) and I got banned eventually for spamming. Fair enough, whatever, I had fun.
