Arakawa is looking to punch with Linares now, flurrying intently. A few right hooks by Arakawa graze as Linares keeps zigzagging in and out with the straight combo faucet running at full pour.

Round 4

Linares is circling either way by Arakawa, keeping the jab on him. Arakawa holds out the right arm, fully unfurled straight and pushing with it, much like Wladimir Klitschko (illegally) does. Hacking left by Arakawa, ducked and countered on the roll aside by Linares. Jabs by Linares circling Arakawa, staying off the end of that ramrod jabbing arm intended to skewer him on the ropes.

:conf I don't think I'm going overboard in my estimation of his durability and never used the phrase "glass jaw" myself. I do think, and stand by thinking, it doesn't necessarily take a Thompson or DeMarco to get rid of him. (also, he spent the first several rounds avoiding DeMarco, not exactly slugging with him and proving he could take his best...and, I don't even really consider DeMarco a puncher, certainly not on Thompson's level...)

Also, in the very post of mine you were replying to, I'd said the smart money is on Arakawa not stopping him, because Arakawa is more of a volume/pressure guy than a KO artist. So I'm not sure why you're crusading against me in particular getting carried away. :yep
