Broner was never close to Mayweather's skils and never will be. I always saw him as a very beatable low-output fighter. I sa him standing there showing off his defense and seeing him taking a beating against a live puncher. It's a shame a don't do betting. Yet.
Broner was the one trying to sell it. Floyd only allowed it because Broner was undefeated and it kept Floyds name in the media.
But yea, broner lacks defensive fundamentals such as the jab , foot movement and head movement. Floyd excels in all of these .
The comparison is only made by European racist who know **** about boxing. if there is a comparison to Mayweather, it should be to fighters such as Lara, Rigo, or a tame Sugar Ray Leonard. Dozens of fighters have named themselves "Little Tyson", yet none of them really are anything like Tyson. More than anything I constantly hear Euros refer to Broner as "Floyd's little brother" or "Little Floyd", and they give broner hate because they believe he is like Mayweather.
