I would pick Wlad.

Morrison is of course dangerous with his power and ability to win tough fights. He showed big balls in the Hipp fight, winning with a broken jaw and hand. He rallied to beat Williams and Ruddock. But I don't think he is able to pull it off here

Well, I am pretty sure Wlad would avoid clinching so Tommy would have plenty of space to let that left hook go.

Easy fight for Wlad

Tommy was just a big physical guy, his boxing was predictable as hell and his aggression never lasted long enough for a Sanders-style freak KO

 

Mismatch imo, Wlad would destroy him

 

Wlad toys with him at range, tires him out and then knocks him out.

 

The chicken wlad had problem with the fat Sam Peter.
The fantastic wlad couldn't knock glass-chinned fighter out like D. Williamson or Haye.
Etc. Morrison had 3 losses(prime Mercer, prime Lewis,Bent)
These fighters were better than Purity,Sanders or Brewster.
Best wins:
The glass-chinned wlad: fat Povetkin by points,skinny glass-chinned Haye
by points.
Morrison: Faded Ruddock by ko, faded C. Williams by ko.
Two fighters without real good win and ugly losses.
Wlad has more fans here.
I say Morrison by brutal first round ko.(Every dreamfight idea sucks otherwise.)
