If calling him meant making the fight, I wouldn't blame Floyd for not doing so. Imagine talking to him on the phone? In english? Would take 6 hours just for him to say hi, how are ya.

    Dear Manny,

as a fan I have a question for you: How come you only talk about making a fight with Mayweather when you are ready to sign a fight with someone else? Why would you say you would fight for charity today but hang up the phone when offered 40mill? Why did you let Arum tell everyone that you cut would not heal in time for may 5th in 2012 and then try to set up a fight with JMM on that date when he thought Floyd was going to jail? Why did you let Arum talk crazy Bull**** about building a stadium in the middle of nowhere? Why did you make the LW Rios take the test that you walked away from in 2009? Speaking of 2009 why did you walk away and let Arum make a fool of you with the 1001 excuses he made why you would not take the test? Why did you just make the fight happen in 2009 and not kill the contract only to want that same contract today?

Don't you understand by walking away from the deal that people will think that you were on something? That it appeared that you hid behind the courts? That if you thought 40mill was to low you continue to talk on the phone and not hang up. That while you may be talking about Floyd that Arum has a short list of fighters all the time for you to fight and Floyd is never on that list.

So Manny the ball is in your court make a step of any type to make this fight happen! Pick up the phone, send Golden Boy and TMT an offer. Stop talking about THE fight and making another. Hardcore fans are getting tired of all the games and most do not care any more except for of your devout followers who have a hard time coming to grips that for all the talk about the fight being made that you really have done nothing since 2009 to make it a reality.

Despite of all this I am still a fan, I think you are one of the best fighter of the last 25 years and one of the most entertaining fighters in the ring ever. Just be honest with the people

    Let's get this over with...

Pac walked away from 40 million.
    Floyd's health comes first.
    Stadium.
    Cut.
    Pac needs to fight Guerrero.
    Pac who?
Pac knocking guys out is like me knocking heavyweights.
    A-side meth.
    Floyd ran to Showtime.
    Pacquiao signed with Arum.
Don't want to do business with Arum.
    Xylocane.
    Young hungry lion Ortiz.
    KO6.
    Tax issues.
    Overweight penalty.
    Sign with TMT.
    Drained.
    Blown up.
    Leftovers.
    Pac you're next.
Don't put words in my mouth.
    Vada.
    Usada.
    2 - 2 in last 4.
    Pacquiao isn't Mexican.

    Did I miss anything?

Floyd already called him before and offered him $40MM and Manny hung up the phone. Manny's idea of a good deal is apparently a fight where both fight for free. Manny would now definately be the B side in the equation. Floyd is under no obligation to pick up the phone and call him. Manny is the one who needs Mayweather.

$40 million was a lowball because it had no PPV.

If you think that was a legit offer, how come Floyd turned down the counter offer of $50M?

If not that one, then this was a real legit offer to Floyd. Why did he turn down the below counter offer? Ever ask yourself that question genius?

There was no PPV split (who does that crap). Are you a moron in real life too? Probably if you think that was a good offer and probably work at McDonalds.

The real question is, why did Floyd not take the COUNTER OFFER?

    $50 milion + 55% PPV split

    http://www.badlefthook.com/2012/2/1...0-million-55-45-split-cotto-may-5-boxing-news

But Floyd decided to DUCK the only legit offer.

What's a better offer, $40MM or Pacquiao's offer for a fight where the purses go to charity? Why did Pacquiao's side say they could only do the fight in June of 2012 when they knew Mayweather was going to be in jail? Furthermore, when has Pacquiao ever made $40MM? We know Mayweather has made over $50MM for a fight.

All valid questions. Don't expect any realistic answers from any Pac fans on here by the way. Expect this "pedjr ducks like fresh duck. alvarez 154 ko1 pedjr."

And "why does duckweather need midget to take test? if he so good, why he need test?"

Pacquiao can reject any offer he wants, but he's being pretty disingenuious when he says his line is open. He hung up on Mayweather the last time, and made no effort on his end to make a deal. He's the B side now. No one is going to call him.

$50M + 55% PPV is unreasonable to Floyd? He should've took this fight in a heart beat but he continued to duck. Furthermore, when has Floyd ever made near $50 guaranteed during that time? On top of this, he would've gotten 55% of the PPV which was more than fair.

The reality is, Floyd never wanted this fight. End of story. There's no reason why he would not take this counter offer:

:patsch . . . Floyd was in the drivers seat by that point and the bigger star at the box office and proven that he could make that kinda money with out Pac. I said at the time 50-50 was the best deal but Pac has since said he would fight for free (charity . . . to prove that taxes were not an issue). besides the 55-45 winner thing will never work . . . do you know how corrupt boxing is?

His last fight. He was guarenteeed over $40MM. THe B side doesn't make the offers, they accept them. Again, if Mayweather offering Pacquiao $40MM is ducking, then what do you call it when Manny said he would only fight Mayweather when he knew Mayweather would be available? What do you call it when Pacquiao makes an offer where Floyd makes $0?
