He holds the WBC/WBA 154 belts along with the WBC 147 and realistically should win the WBA 147 belt from Maidana and is still undefeated.

Pacquiao hasnt looked his best since the Cotto/Margo fights back in 2009/2010, controversially lost to Bradley in a close fight, got a gift against Marquez and was knocked out in the rematch. his PPV numbers have diminished (partly due to Bobs greed for staging the fights in ****ing china) and he doesnt hold a world championship belt (yet)

Like it or not regardless who you prefer those are the facts and its hard for Pacquiao to make demands when hes looking like a washed up fighter . . . . even if floyd fights him and wins people will say he waited for Manny to slow down

 

Because history has shown us time and time again to not believe a single thing that comes out of Floyd mayweathers mouth .
