One question that I want only answered in numbers.

How many rounds does this last?

Burns was stocky and tough, he lacked the girth of Galento but he bulled like Godoy he would probably tough out a bad beaten for 6 rounds

More than you think. Burns was tougher than Braddock who lasted a few rounds with Louis. I would say over 5 rounds, under 12.

I could actualy see Burns's height giving Louis a bit of a puzzle for a few rounds.

    He was heavyweight champion.

And by pure coincidence represents one of Jack Johnson's greatest victories.

I agree .. vastly under rated in general but he was not beating Joe Louis although his fast, sneaky right could stun him for sure ..

He doesn't use his lack of height to hide, tho. He stands out there trying to set a trap or counter, chin in the air.

    2 rounds. Towel thrown in.
