Anyone giving Herrera a chance vs Danny Garcia tommorrow?

    Herrera is a top ten he did beat Provodnikov who can punch, and was in close with Alvarado. Herrera has skills and well maybe Danny gets caught in the hoopla of fighting in Puerto Rico for the first time


    Maybe he will be looking to impress and KO Hererra and get undressed?
    or is the reality that he has a snowballs chance in hell of winning?

    Its boxing so anything is possible.

    Saying that, I would be extremely surprised if Garcia lost.

    Nah. I think he's got a good chance to go the distance but he doesn't have the skills or the pop to actually win.

    Looking at the weigh in, i reckon garcia will be quite a bit bigger than him tomorrow... Garcia will probably stop this guy, iv never seen herrera fight though .

    Herrera is one tough s.o.b. Watch his fights with Provodnikov and Mayfield and you'll see.

    He would have to KO Garcia. He will be fighting against the refs and judges as well. He will not be allowed to fight inside and will be subject to a plethora of low blows that will not be called. This isn't a fight, its a charade.

    he doesnt have the K.O power, but he will make garcia look average. Dude can box all day

    I definitely am, I started this thread http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?p=15977551 when I first heard about the match-up, it was exciting for me as I've been a Herrera fan since early 2012. Herrera has a great chin and defensive skills inside, he was able to handle Alvarado and Provodnikov's pressure inside without relying on clinches, he is very capable and crafty inside with a good chin and strong heart. I think he can win but he may be susceptible to being out-boxed, as Danny is very well rounded and skillful.

    No. All he has is that jab. Maybe some durability. But, Danny should outbox him quite easily.
