"Money" is a great fighter but "Pretty Boy" was a little more entertaining. With only a few more fights left, I wonder which fighter can or will bring out the inner "Pretty Boy".

Maybe he is , but i havent seen evidence of it , when you best wins are against fighters who would get absolutely destroyed by the actual all time greats then it leaves a lot to be explained.

    perfectly put
as much as both pac and Floyd deserve blame for the fight not being made 4 years ago, and even though pac is somewhat of a 'passive passenger' in all of this (who will also get judged), it's Floyd's mouth, ego and self-importance which 'obliges' him to put his money where his mouth is...and he hasn't done it in the one fight that mattered

You could look at Derrick Jefferson VS David Izon. From the start of the fight Derrick Jefferson was just tearing David Izon up, landing all kinds of punches, mostly on the gloves but also some that connected better. Yet..... Yet it was obvious from the start of the fight that David Izon was going to win, Derrick Jefferson was simply wasting way way way too much energy throwing those shots and accomplishing way to little while David Izon wasn't doing sheet.

Yet to call the punches that David Izon landed of Jefferson "lucky punches" would be stupid.

any man can be knocked out given the right circumstances, its the man who takes advantage of those circumstances that achieves a knockout punch win

That doesn't keep it from being lucky... If the clock was running down in a basketball game, and a guy shot the ball from half court and made it, you wouldn't consider that a lucky shot considering he absolutely had intentions of making it?

The only time the shot isn't lucky is when the fighter landed variations of that shot all fight... For example, Pacquiao vs Marquez was not a lucky shot... Garcia vs Khan was not a lucky shot...

Until I see fighter readily admit they aiming for the body they got a KO ending headshot I won't believe in luck in boxing. Funny thing is, many of the boxers that get accused of "lucky" shots are big punchers or boxers who were throwing big punches at the time. Who it could easier be said their previous punches were all unlucky as they were going for the KO the whole time.

Every punch is thrown to hit the opponent therefore it's not a lucky punch.
