Really? You do know he started at 130, look at a few of those fights. He's been a pro boxer for 18 years and , I know people hate to admit it but he is a ATG.

I don't think Mayweather is the best ever unless he wins a MW Title the highest i would put him is top 15-20, but this is funny in a total of 9 fights Pacquiao only has one good win Barerra I. Morales coming off a losses three separate times and losing all 4 fights to Marquez, rematching a guy you already TKO'd coming off a loss, outside of Barerra I none of those are even better than Mayweather-Corrales as far as "wins"

You can rate Mayweather wherever you want but one thing that can't be denied none of the big name guys he's fought past prime or not were getting there ass kicked right before he fought them Pacquiao on the other hand has beat a total of two guys who didnt just recently get KO'd or beaten up since 03" Barrera I & Diaz.

Both are great in there own right but to **** on one for opposition when the others entire name is built off of beating guys who just lost is asinine.

If Chavez Sr had faced Floyd instead of Jesus Chavez?

If Duran had faced Floyd instead of Castillo?

If Leonard had faced Floyd instead of Zab Judah?

If Hearns had faced Floyd instead of the past it ODLH/Cotto?

Do you honestly think Floyd would still have that 0 if he faced the truly great fighters I have matched him against above? If you do then you have a ***** level that requires medical help :deal

Floyd is not and never will be the GOAT. Paulie's opinion is obviously based only on what he's seen of Floyd rather as based on a deep knowledge on boxing history.

I see him going 1-3, but this doesn't mean he's not a ATG.

Outside of Hearns Mayweather is 50/50 with all of them to say otherwise is just a dumb, the question seems irrelevant though the two main names people mention as "ducks" the Margarito's the William's aren't even on Baldomirs Level, Pacquiao didn't happen for whatever reason, and Cotto said himself "nobody on my team (trainer, promoter, himself) ever tried to make a fight and he wasn't ready."

Normally I would agree that lucky punch does not exist but when I think about the Garcia-Khan fight where Garcia landed a punch with his eyes closed.. I don't know anymore.. :conf

So someone said it already.. :think

Now let's think about it.. Who in boxing history aside from Manny Pacquiao was punched in the face when he was about to fall down because he was accidentally tripped? :think

Of course. Not every punch is planned, well executed and timed.

Toney who couldn't stay in shape and Jones who only relies on athletic ability?

He's probably a top 50 ATG. I don't overrate or underrate his greatness. He sure as **** isn't the GOAT.

Who does he beat out the greats I mentioned? He was poor vs Castillo so If it was the far superior Duran facing him on that night he never in a million years wins.
If a past it Judah gives Floyd trouble how can he win vs the far superior Leonard?
Hearns would have flattened the Floyd that had trouble with Cotto :deal

The problem with *****'s is they don't realise there was greats far better than the boxers Floyd has been feasting on for years. They see him School the likes of Canelo and think that amounts to ****. Canelo would have been ended by Hearns and old fat Duran would lay a Davie Moore style beating on his ass :deal

    :rofl

So the Floyd that struggled bad vs Castillo is 50/50 with Prime Lightweight Duran  I dont think you have a clue just how good Duran was at lightweight and how vastly superior he is to Castillo in every way you can think of.

    Wake the **** up :patsch

What trouble did Zab give him? And as far as the Castillo fight every fighter has off nights,Duran vs Kirkland Laing.
