There are lucky punches, but as they say, it takes two to Tango. So, the lucky punch is often assisted by the recipient.

Angulo threw a lucky punch against Lara and the punch was assisted by Lara pulling straight back with his hands down.

Bro Castillo is an All Time Lightweight who beat basically everyone there is at LW during him time, personally I thought the second fight with Castillo was closer but to each his own. Prime for Prime Mayweather has all the attributes to bother Duran height reach blazing speed defense, just like Duran has the tools to bother Mayweather heart, will, power hints why its a 50/50 fight. I'm mean Castillo lost you could just as easily say if Mayweather fought like Leonard in the rematch Duran could end up looking like Baldomir.

Floyd had trouble with Zabs speed early. Leonard was far more advanced offensively than Zab :deal

I'm talking greats in there prime vs versions of Floyd. Floyd would have beat Laing Duran and Benitez Duran imo. Duran was famous for going into fights way out of shape. Floyd is always in shape. My point is - versions of Floyd can be beat by versions of other greats making him beatable like the greats were. Floyd is not some unbeatable fighter and he sure as **** is no GOAT.
Floyds skill level is top 35, his resume struggles to crack the top 80. Average it out and he probably just makes the top 50 ATG list. Im trying to be honest and fair here :yep

I can't call someone the best ever until he proves it to me personally in a 1 on 1 fight. Until then, they're all respectable fighters.

If he claims he is the best I might as well compare him to the best? :huh
Or does being better than Ortiz and Guerrero make you the Greatest now?

I'm not even sure Castillo cracks the top 30 ATG lightweights. Lightweight is the most talent rich division in boxing history. Duran is top 3, only Gans and Benny Leonard challenge his lightweight greatness. Duran would have destroyed Castillo with ease. Duran is one of the most all round skilled fighters in boxing history. He had a great offence and a great defence and integrated them with a speed and fluidity never seen by another fighter we have extensive footage of. Duran is much more mercurial and dynamic than Floyd. Floyd doesn't like faints, Duran is the GOAT at faints. Please dnt be one of these boxing fan mongs who think because Duran has a rep for being mean and tough then it equates to him being a crude pressure fighter with low skills. Duran is considered by many to be one of the top 5 most skilled fighters ever seen on film. Floyd is not :deal

'If Mayweather fought like Leonard in the rematch Duran could end up looking like Baldomir ' :rofl Floyd cant fight like Leonard. Leonard was much more mobile and fleet of foot than Floyd. On top of that Duran was not in as good shape in the second Leonard fight due to heavy partying and struggles to make weight. Leonard himself, his trainer, his manager and Durans team all have stated this fact many, many times. Your point is totally void.

That line of "argumentation" should result in a permaban if you ask me.
    Infantilism at its best.

As if only other professionals were allowed to discuss those matters, if that was the case we could close this site down, or it would have like 8-9 members tops...

When I go into a restaurant and I don't like what they serve me I have the right to complain even if I'm not able to do it better myself.

That's why I pay for the service, and Floyd is one the highest paid people on earth, why should he be immune to criticism out of all people ffs?

Castillo is considered the best LW of this era and is one of the 5 best LW's i can name since 1990 even if Duran beats Castillo he's in for a war because Castillo is a great fighter maybe not top 15/20 all time great but I great none the less. Duran is a ATG I don't know where you get me saying he's crude from but stylistically both have strengths and weaknesses the play into one anothers hands, and I could see either winning because either man could it can look like Mayweather-Castillo or Leonard-Duran II. If you know about Duran you know he was prone to showing up outta shape and partying instead of training even during his prime while Mayweather is known to be religiously dedicated and always in 100% condition between fighters of those caliber things like that can turn small differences one way into a big differences another way.
