Wlad-Chambers is still one of the most obvious dives I have ever seen in my life. Wlad's left hook does NOT land. Yet, nobody ever made a big stink about that fight because it was Wlad.

You can also see replays from different angles @ 56:35. The punch never hits Chambers in the face, but rather ricochets off of the inside of Chambers' left glove.

Maybe Chambers was overwhelmed physically... Has nothing to do with Wlad

Otherwise opponents will sabotage careers by quitting...Only thing we know is that Scott chin is on White wolf/Harrison level

Maybe, but I know for a fact that that punch did not land. I caught hell for saying so emphatically years ago, but the camera does not lie. I'm not even saying Wlad was in on it necessarily, but, it was an acting job.

If you take a dive why do you do this after 12 rounds of beating? Dives take place early. Typical dive consists of competitive boring sparring for 1 to 3 rounds and then a weak ass punch or flurry and a fighter struggles to get up and is unable to do so even though he looks fresh.

I don't know. Maybe because Chambers placed a bet on himself to go down in the 12th round. I can't speak to that. What I can speak to though is that I know my eyes didn't deceive me when I watched that fight live and when I watch it now. I know, for a fact, that that left hook did not hit Eddie's face. Everything else is kind of inconsequential I suppose.

I thought the punch didn't land the first time I saw it too but the camera angle from behind Chambers that showed it hit his forehead.

yeah but this forum is filled with people who would nothing more than to impale themselves on Wlad's dick

I don't think it really would have mattered if Wilder Scott would have ended a different way, they would be finding something to complain about

Actually, that would be next to impossible if you watched it from every angle. The behind camera doesn't clearly show it hits his forehead. But, if you watch it from other angles, you can see that Wlad's glove hits Eddie's left glove, and after it hits his glove, Eddie's glove kind of ricochets into his own face a bit. But, Wlad's glove never hits any part of his face or head.

its not hard to rig a fight, not at all.

Example, for all we know, an associate of Wlad or Chambers might have put 10 million down for a Wlad KO. Associate invites both parties to a hotel, explains the game plan, everyone takes a cut. Of course its all verbal, no mobile phones, emails etc...no traces. I'm not saying that's what happened, but a plausible scenario.

Look at Floyd, u think its a coincidence that he wins unanimous decisions virtually every fight, even though he could press the action and go for a ko? someone connected to them puts down millions on a floyd UD12, everyone makes money. those who are close to him, maybe their friends, put down millions on a ko4 against ortiz, get the payout, give a cut to the money team.

it doesn't happen every fight, no where near, but, its really not that hard to rig.

Not much of a punch, but cumulatively he was done
Why wait until the last round to take a dive you dope?
