We saw Danny running around the ring from a guy who is known as a feather fisted puncher.

It ruined it for some people watching because it was so obvious the fix was in after judges gave Garcia ghe first 4 rounds. Made it clear Herrera needed a ko to get a draw

Great speech by Garcia after the fight.

    DANNY GARCIA:
''I wanna thank Golden Boy & Al haymon''. :deal

No , but it did show that the fix was always in and not just after say 6 - 8 rounds.

Same thing happened in the Canelo vs Trout fight, Canelo was 4-0 up without doing anything.
Interesting how GBP's 'future stars' are getting the open scoring with the head starts.

The point is to get you to subliminally accept the robbery before it's delivered. You will be too busy actually watching the fight when the pre-robbery is delivered at first to (internally) get hung up on it. It's some very sneaky, manipulative stuff.
This is the only reason for having open scoring I can think of. There is nothing positive about it from an entertainment perspective.

Why fix a fight then make it public after 4 rounds?

I haven't seen the fight but I've never been a fan of open scoring, it encourages guys to play safe when they're winning and changes the pace of the fight and not in a good way.

He's the man taking the punches in the ring, you're the nobody judging behind a computer. Major difference.
