I mean come on he barley even touched Scott, and Scott did not look out on his feet when he got up to me.

There's only 2 possible scenario's, Wilder either has absolute inhuman fists the likes of which the sport has probably never seen or the fight was fixed, and the latter certainly seems like the one to me...

it was half a slap. he didnt even have his hand fully closed so scott couldnt feel the punch completely. scott refusing to get up made it look fixed

I dont think it was fixed as in Wilder knew that the outcome of the fight before it started.

What i think was that Scott folded mentally, much like how i think he folded mentally with the Chisora fight.

I simply think he lost the fight before entering the ring, was scared of Wilders power and got out before he got hurt.

While Wilder is clearly a big puncher he's always been a banger with the right rather than the left and the left hook was an arm punch. Look at his feet when he throws, he takes a half step forward, there is no shoulder and no pivot from the ankle or hips, the punch is all arms. The punch lands around the ear and the follow up right hand hits the gloves and if it connects at all it did no damage because Scott's head does not move at all from the force of the right hand.

Firtha a journeymen who had been stopped 4 times previously took multiple shots from Wilder, was dropped twice and got up twice in the first round. Yet we are expected to believe a tap like that will have Scott out for the count.

Either Firtha has a far superior jaw to Scott or Wilder has suddenly learned to generate insane power with the left hand without any leverage or torque.

Of the 2 possible scenario's a fix is more likely based upon what I have seen.

This was along the lines of Seldon vs. Tyson or Herbie Hide vs. Bowe: fear-induced. It's a form of stage fright when a boxer is overcome with anxiety, magnifying in his mind everything that happens. Scott's brain shorted out.

Prior to that he had 30 wins all by KO. he didn't just knock him out, out of nowhere. its not that hard to believe.

one of the poorest KO's ive ever seen by 2 "top ranked" heavyweights fighting in a championship eliminator.....its pretty sad when you have to watch the replay about 10 times and jump up and down about how it was a legit punch because you finally saw it "connect" from one angle

All plausible explanations IMO but nobody really knows what happened.
