Calling that **** a left hook is an insult to real left hooks:lol:

Either Scott's chin is beyond crap or Wilder is Superman and can ice you even with a love tap

    YDKSAB :nono

Left hooks come in varieties, long reach heavy handed folks use that long range left hook. Obviously you are not familiar with power punching, after all YDKSAB, you think left hooks are only hard if thrown by short limbed guys, Felix Trinidad had long reach for his height and those exact same long range left hooks clubbed lots of misfortunate guys ...Also Segura in flyweight uses the same left hook against short reach guys

I saw young Tyson approaching his prime brutally hitting journeymen opponents on his way up the ladder. He would nail them to the body and rapidly transition to the head with a three punch combo that would send these no- hopers into a defensive shell. Some would be knocked down so brutally and with such force that they would skid across the canvass on their backs. Most would get back up, throw a few punches at Tyson and then get dumped back to the canvass again. After a bit more brutal punishment by Tyson they would be Knocked out proper by Iron Mike. That was reality. This half assed punch to the side of the head and the opponent is flopping around like a beached fish? Either the men of twenty years ago had far more heart and toughness than today or this punk threw the fight.

You mean he got slapped clean on the temple. There's not much energy on the slap, either. Look at the slow mo, no impact waves or anything.

Tyson at heavyweight = A reckless Iron chinned version Gary Russell Jr it looks flashy and all, love the legend... So yes it was exactly what TV needed :boxer

Wilder long range projectiles are easily deployed, longer range and work up until round 12 if needed, Tyson power can only be used when he was in maximum energy mode and 100% fit fast twitching, which was very difficult to maintain...Douglas blueprint then Holy solved it

The lack of impact ripples in the shoulders, back, and neck on Scott show without a shadow of a doubt that Wilder's "hook" didn't have enough power on it to produce that kind of a KO. Try again.

Was enough to KO Scott a master boxer, who uaed his defense to protect his chin. The same way RJJ uswd his boxing skills to hide his chin, Wilder KTFO RJJ with the same punch...proves nothing, exvept that Scott boxing skills worked best against shorter fighters or tall fighters who don't know how to use their full range...thus his chin stayed safe for the large part of his career

Pulev will be exposed bad if he thinks that average jab (consider elite in the lazy division) will work vs Wilder, can't wait for that fight :boxer

    quote from Wilder

"Malik Scott is not going to fake no shot. He's not getting that much money in the world to fake and go down and put a L on his record. He's seeking the same goal as me, to be HW champ of the world. I can sit here and talk about how much power i have in both hands and getting hit in the temple and stuff like that but the average fan dont want to hear that or grasp onto that, unless they get in the ring and i strap on ten ounce gloves and punch them in the face"

Wilder kept it real with that statement, sounds like he talking about ESB hahahaha.

I've got over 20 years in martial arts. Furthermore, over the years, I've reviewed countless hours of slowmo boxing KD and KO shots analyzing the technique of fighters. I'm familiar with what different impact magnitudes look like on the human body. I have to listen to my experience here. There simply doesn't look like enough magnitude in that temple shot to produce that result.

I hate it because I've actually been trying to prove the KO was legit because I'd like to see Wilder succeed and was hoping he won legit, but I haven't been able to prove its legitimacy; instead the opposite.

So as Malik Scott & pretty much any boxer :patsch

Malik is a pure boxer, that used his height & reach to prevent opponents from catching him with anything.

Wilder is a heavy hitter & his reach bypasses Malik boxing perimeter, so it was too much fir him...just like RJJ fell apart to similar punches when his reflexes based defense network slowed down... Its not MMA :nono
