I really hope he bites because I am dying to see how is he will do in the rematch versus Garcia.....

I would like to see it, but I think Danny is only interested in it now because he wants to move up to 147 and that's where Khan is now. Herrera wants a rematch at 140, and I think Danny knows he would lose if he fought El Maestro again at 140, since he would be starving himself to get down to 140.

U know another thing is that you can tell that Angel Garcia does not want to see Danny relinquish those titles, because he knows how crowded it is at 147. The whole time he was talking about how you need to beat the champ, and how Danny's the champ. If Danny went up to 147 he wouldn't be the champ and I think there is an internal conflict between Danny and Angel on whether to go up to 147.

 

Why's he not interested in a rematch with Matthysse then?

It depends whether Herrera wants to move up to 147. He gave no indication of that. I think he's comfortable at 140 and doesn't struggle like Khan or Garcia to make 140.
