I expect this fight to look most like the Chavez fight, of any in Floyds' career thus far.

I think people who say Maidana will not win or be competitive in a single round will be proven incorrect when they fight.

 

all that means is that he will open himself to be countered more often. watch that punch count drop significantly...immediately.

 

one thing maidana has going for himself against floyd is his youth. maidana is 30. floyd is 37 :smoke

 

It will be action packed because he will bring the fight to him

 

He will throw 100 punches a round, and be countered 99 times.

 

If Maidana throws 50 punches a round, he gets KO'd in less than 8 rounds. That's my guess.

 

He will need better footwork to do it. It would be a moral victory if he can throw over 800 in the fight. Maidana is going to be who Maidana is. I respect him but this isnt going to end well.

 

He'll have to hurt him with a punch(es) at some point to acquire the momentum. Else he'll be the next victim. I'm only concerned that he let Broner recover and couldn't get rid of him.
