Khan would take that fight in a heartbeat. He wouldn't win, but the kid isn't afraid of anyone. However, this fight isn't mathmetically possible right now;

Well he's got reason to leave GBP now after they screwed him around for 6+ months, don't see why he can't go independent like Cotto.
He's a major star in the UK & he's already got a contract with Boxnation, all he has to do is take the US fights on a fight by fight basis without commiting to a network with more than say 3 fights.

Khan would get stopped. He is light years below Pacquiao. Even this version of Pacquiao in his mid 30s and all this ring tear and tough fights.

His youth wouldn't matter, he just doesn't have the skills or intelligence.
