lol if you think Arum would go along with anything like this but quite frankly, neither would Mayweather or Pac.

There is too much money in that fight to just say "Winner takes all"

$50,000,000 is enough money for any man.

Should setup a fund whereby all the money made will be used to help boxers retired or injured...Would last for many many years and be a great way to give back to the sport that gave them so much but can also take away so much (e.g. Magomed Abdusalamov)

I'm not sure how anyone could honestly believe that a winner take all scenario is a proper resolution.

Also check out the Kirkland Laing fight. I would pick Duran over Alvarez at 154 but Duran wasn't the fighter at 154 that he was at 135.

:rofl Hagler was battling hard spending the majority of the time in the pocket trying to impose himself on Duran who gave him everything he could handle. Duran took off about 4 rounds during the fight which slowed things down (and cost him the fight) but the rest were filled with very exciting action. Your description of the fight shows your agenda, bias or horrid memory.

Of course he would because he's an older fighter, and older fighter always get the nod against newer fighters. He would go through Floyd's resume undefeated, the same way Ali would dominate Kiltscko. The same way Jordan would dominate Lebron. The same way Pele would dominate Messi and Ronaldo. The same way Johnny Unitas would dominate Tom Brady.

it goes on and on. I don't even like comparing older icons to newer ones, because its the same ****. People exaggerate older people so much. It's a stupid debate.

One of us appears to have an agenda, that's for sure. My memory isn't infallible but the fight wasn't all that. There was no outcry for a rematch, that much I am sure about. Duran had great victories but he also lost to fighters like Robbie Sims and Kirkland Laing. Let's try to be objective here.

I would pick Duran over all of Floyd's opponents, however, I can't help but think that over a long period of time, Duran's gonna have a slip-up when he takes someone lightly and trains on women, vodka and burgers.

Duran is my favorite fighter, so I'd like to think he would be undefeated, but I am almost certain that Floyd never loses to De Jesus so...

Duran went 72-1 in his first 73 fights thats some good consistancy in more fights than Floyd will ever have.
