I don't see it that way. He is not brave enough to demand his promoter to make the floyd fight so he settles with endless rematches being lined up way prematurely

That's one explanantion. Couldn't another explanation actually be that he's not afraid of him? I mean contracts were drawn up in 2009 and the fight fell apart because Pacquiao said he didn't want to go through random drug testing. He claimed getting blood drawn would weaken him for 3 days(yet he didn't protest to having blood drawn 24 days before the Hatton fight and went back to training the next day).

This is another reason the fight hasn't been made, there is no accountability on Pacquiao's end. He balked at drug testing and gave a half assed excuse. His side walked away from the initial negotiations, lied about what happened, and then quickly signed to fight someone else. His side proposed a June 2012 fight knowing full well that Mayweather would be incarcerated at the time. Let's think about this logically, Pacquiao would be expected to lose the fight. Pacquiao can make any silly excuse he wants and no one bothers calls him out on it. Pacquiao can make a ton of money fighting other guys. Isn't it reasonable to believe that under those circumstances, Pacquiao's side might not be trying their best to make the fight?

I don't see it this way. I see it has having trust in and loyalty to the promoter who has helped make him what he is today. Maybe also Pac isn't the smartest guy in the world but do you really think he lacks bravery?
Also it's not as simple as 'demand his promoter make the Floyd fight'. Floyd has specifically said he won't work with that promoter so it's not so simple.

Then why didn't he just accept and beat Floyd's a$$? All he asked for was testing. That was I think his only demand. Cotto asks for a bunch of things from Martinez and he's a warrior. Yet, Floyd asks for a somewhat even playing field for testing, and he's a diva?

Pacquiao refused to have any blood testing within 30 days from the fight, because he thought it would weaken him, but he was willing to have blood taken from him before the 30-day window as well as immediately after the fight. Furthermore, Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's trainer, commented that he would not allow blood to be taken from Pacquiao one week before the fight. In an attempt to resolve their differences, the two camps went through a process of mediation before a retired judge. After the mediation process Mayweather agreed to a 14-day no blood testing window. However, Pacquiao refused and instead only agreed to a 24-day no blood testing window. Consequently, on January 7, 2010, Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum declared that the fight was officially off.

That's taken straight from wikipedia. Certainly seems to me Pacquiao grabbed his basketball and went home like a little girl. Certainly seemed to me Mayweather was willing to negotiate until the fight got signed. Too bad Pac's too much of a woman to tell Arum and Roach to pipe down, we coulda saw a huge fight.

De Jesus is much better than Castillo and Corrales and that is as clear as day on film footage. Floyd would have struggled against De Jesus if he struggles with Castillo. Ken Buchanan was a masterful boxer/mover and was as hard as nails with a massive heart. Floyd would struggle with Ken im 100% sure of that. Ken would've beat all Floyds lightweight opponents easily. The Ken that beat Laguna would school Castillo and Corrales.

I wouldn't be so confident Floyd would be undefeated up to the first Leonard fight as De Jesus and Buchanan are obviously superior to Castillo or any of Floyds other lightweight opponents :deal

Floyd never really wanted the fight. He was the first to come up with excuses and now after all that **** we're back to "he's not negotiating with Arum". You think Arum isn't part of the equation back then?
