He's just trolling. Mundine has fought about 3 southpaws in his career. None of them much good at the time.
I'm going to the Mundine clottey fight..:yep..by the way my hero atsch didn't he skool Mundine recently?
The thread is about best boxers against southpaws. Mundine beat a total of 3 ordinary southpaws in his 51 fights. Clearly he doesn't rate a mention in this thread :-(
Yeah..hmmm..that right hand sure hurt Geale took him a while to get up lol, lost on a SD and and lost to barker on a SD, so you can say Geale has only lost his only fights on splits to world class fighters, and against Mundine he was just inexperienced but he made up for his mistake. He hasn't lost to some1 like Garth wood "yet" , but you are right he is a Aussie and I should support him that's y I intend to go watch him fight cottery
I think Wlad was successful against them mostly due to his size advantage. Against Byrd (6'0'') or Chagaev (5'11'') he was so much bigger it did not make much difference whether they were southpaws or orthodox. The 1st fight with Thompson (6'5'') was quite competitive, with Wlad looking nowhere close to dominating his opponents in every round. And of course the fiasco against fast, tall, and aggressive Sanders...
Roy Jones & Bernard Hopkins fought a ton of southpaws. Jones eventually went 1-2 against Tarver, but that was after beating countless southpaws.
