Best post of the thread. When has Pac put forth an actual offer? You won't get an answer to that question. PBF has put together two offers to fight Pac both of which were declined. But for whatever reason people love to over look that and say PBF doesn't want the fight when he's made two real offers and Pac hasn't made one it goes against common sense.
