    Again, drop the ego stuff. Your coach will tell you when you're ready to spar.

    I dropped the ego today in the gym, can you guys stop being mean now?
    So what are the pigeons for?

    :lol::D yeah patience isnt my strong point, but im determined as hell so i guess it balances out. Put in about 4 hours in the gym today, everyday until i can box :bbb
     
  9. You are making excellent progress. Aim for 5 hours in the gym tomorrow and 6 the day after :good

  14. The standard bag supplied with Rock Jaw is only 4 pounds. Would recommend 20 pounds for spectacular results :good
