Like we needed Hagler to understand Floyd is avoiding Pacman. He's just stating the obvious.

    Serious thoughts:

So it took Manny almost 4 whole years to get excited and gitty and going public over finally getting the "go signal" from Arum??? I guess first times make people happy...

Going to Africa for a week definitely means he will never be back or can't communicate or even exist in this world. OK.

Drug testing is obviously an issue still with Pacquiao having vastly different procedures required for his previous three fights.

And most importantly the purse split is obviously going to be an issue. One side wants 50/50 still and one side doesn't with recent outcomes and PPV numbers going dramatically in favor of the one who wants more than 50/50. Not to mention the complication of the networks (which was one of the biggest hold ups of the Tyson/Lennox PPV).

2013, was still 3 and a half years too late... and counting.

Other great boxers can see that Mayweather is ducking Pacquiao... how many excuses and demands does he want?

    Now after Pacquiao schooled Rios,

    Floyd Mayweather:

    - ''Pacquiao is a ''HAS BEEN'' he has LOSSES''

    - "The only way he's getting the fight with me is if he signs with Mayweather Promotions. He's got to give me fights with Mayweather Promotions. If he don't give me no fights under Mayweather Promotions, then he's not getting the fight''.

    - ''WBC made Pacquiao the number 1 mandatory to fight me, he can have the belt''
