If we are counting p4p on paper, and not current injuries/health questions I have to put Martinez up with FMJ/Ward in top3. He has had as impressive a career as anyone, beating up folks larger than himself. His "pound for pound" is not just a hypothetical exercise. Then Bradley and Wlad, who though boring isnt likely to lose and has as much division dominance as anyone. After that.. I could put Faeruns remaining top20 is almost any order after the top5, just depending on what angle you wanted to take. Personally I dont count PAC as a top10 anymore, after KO6. Prerequisite for me rating someone as one of the 10 best in all of boxing is not taking long naps in the ring in any of your previous 4 fights. He needs to decisively beat Bradley for me to rate him top10 again let alone above Martinez.
This would be a good list if Roman Gonzalez, Akira Yaegashi, Kazuto Ioka, Juan Fracisco Estrada, Anselmo Moreno, Omar Narvaez, Miguel Vazquez, Takashi Uchiyama, Shinsuke Yamanaka, Jhonny Gonzalez, Abner Mares, Donnie Nietes, Takashi Miura, Giovani Segura, Lucas Matthysse, and Carlos Molina all didn't exist. Having Thurman, Porter, Salido, Trout, and Cotto is pretty damn bad, dude. You clearly do not watch anything below 140 unless they're heavily exposed on HBO or Showtime. I could name a whole lot more guys than I just did who deserve spots over some of those guys.

Some people have Bradley top 3 its way top high he lost against Pac, if he beats Pac then he can go to top 3 or 4, right now a list is hard to make
