No he would've had to kill himself to get to 105 and would've lost on his debut.

Buster had a better jab; was a better technical boxer.

Duran was definitely past prime when he beat Davey Moore. But that version beats the 4 you mentioned.

If hagler says it , you simply cannot defend Floyd.

After Floyd saw cotto get demolished , he started ducking.

Childish post here all the time.

From what we know of the past 6 years or so, it is more than reasonable to say that if Floyd wanted to face Pac , he could have done so.

Yes, boxing is a business, but there are noting but millions in there for the fighters and network and the promoter if the figh happens.

So, no Floyd does not really want the fight and that is not wise because for his legacy the fight would have been very significant

Remember, if a fighter is a 9 to 1 favorite in 25 fights his chances of winning all of them is still only about 7%.
Floyd being undefeated is probably not even the most statistically likely outcome against his own previous opposition. Against Pacquiaos opponents it would be even more unlikely, as the sum of those would be regarded as more difficult to beat.

Considering how bad he looked in that fight, I don't think even a more refreshed 154 lbs. Alvarez would have put a dent in Duran either.

If Floyd wasn't naturally about twenty pounds bigger with reach and height advantages there isn't that much separating them. I think Floyd is quicker but that's about it, quicker and bigger. JMM doesn't have the physical gifts that Mayweather and Pacquiao possess but he makes up for it with great technique. May and Pac are top 50 fighters and JMM is a top 100 or maybe top 80 fighter, but they all deserve to be in the current top 10.

Unless you think 34 is a boxer's prime.

Yes. Clearly. But he wasn't washed up. He was washed up when Pac fought him.

**** Floyd and Pac for leaving this fight on the table. They should both be ashamed.

brokeen down (as espn DID) that 40m would have been greater than 60/40 AND paq would have got 33% more due to him being free from arum at that moment

It didn't look like he was gonna get up without the help of his handlers.

    He was in la-la land.

Hmmm... I could take your post and just replace the name Floyd with Manny and the very same could hold true.

You are being childish, to use your word, when you pretend that its all one side and not the other.

Is Bob's stadium built yet? Has Manny healed from his cuts? Has Arum figured out who represents Floyd yet? Has Manny gotten over his fear of needles? Is a 14 day cutoff enough this time? Does Floyd have his garantee? Is Manny still waiting by the phone instead of picking up the phone himself?... I could go on and on.

Both sides are to blame. One guy has a repulsive personality so its easy to blame him. Manny on the other hand can do no wrong in the eyes of the public.
