Good series, but one thing stands out.

Freddie is a complete ******* to that female assistant of his, he seems to have her in tears every episode :lol:

Saw it a long time ago. Comes across in general as a totally obnoxious man surrounded by equally obnoxious people. Complete opposite to the nice character he's usually portrayed as. This isn't unique though.

Roach is a POS it's plain to see...
It's no coincidence that most of his fighters either leave him or need plenty of handlers around to put up w/him.

No wonder Khan moved a bit nearer you. May be no better but looks a lot nicer guy.

Yeah he doesn't come off good.

    But he's a great trainer.

I thought that was his girlfriend?

Can't believe some people tried to defend him when he made the "f*cking Mexicans" and "f*cking Jew" comments.

So everyone dislikes Freddie? I must say that initially I saw him as this mild mannered gentleman, but over time I realized he's no such. Seemed to me that he started taking shots at people publicly and trash talking and generally behaving in an ungentlemanly manner more and more as Manny's status grew, but I'm not sure as the first time I learned of Pac is the DLH fight so maybe he was that way before.

Anyone in a moment of anger would say crap they don't really mean it. Surely you would be immune to that in your perfect inhuman form but mere mortals are sadly not.

That was his bizzotch. Calm, submissive......He was just enforcing the rules. Can't let a ***** hang herself with too much leash....sometimes you gotta yank that ***** and remind her who the ****in' pack leader is.

Watched Cesar Milan recently and he knows how to treat a *****.

Roach has long been a known scumbag by anyone who cares to follow boxing.

I wouldn't call him a scumbag...he's like a lot of old heads who have deep roots in the sweet science. He's a no nonsense, hard nosed old school trainer who learned from one of the best, Eddie Futch.

Freddie isn't one to mince words or sugar coat ****....his disease gives people the impression that he's soft spoken and gentle but he's really a product of the sport having seen all aspects both inside and outside of the ropes.

He one of those guys whose circle is very small and if you are outside of that circle you'll definitely have reason to say Freddie is an A$$ Hole.

You're right, I do withdraw the sentiment attached to "scumbag." I reserve that for fellas like Margarito. Actually, Roach isn't far off. I stand by "scumbag," at least relative to the majority of boxing personalities; trainers, fighters, managers, etc.
