Surely if Pacquiao was lineal, Bradley would be the current Lineal champ regardless of who should have won between them.

I mean If you count Bradley vs Pacquiao as a win for Pacquiao he still went on to be KOd by Marquez which would then pass the title to Marquez and then Marquez was beat by Bradley thus making him the current champ.

I tend to go by Floyd retires - Margarito stops Cotto - Mosley stops Margarito and Floyd beat Mosley for the best claim to the Lineal title at 147 lbs, but really Pacquiao VS Floyd needs to happen to crown the champ.

The winner of Paquaio- Bradley must be the lineal title holder. Floyd has no claim whatsoever. I'm sure that the winner of Paquaio-Bradley would be only too happy to fight Floyd next. That would end all the controversy. BUT getting Floyd in the ring would be impossible as we all know just read his never ending list of reasons why he'll NEVER face Paquaio.
