Anyhoo i would pick Matthysse but thats because i am a fan of his.
I don´t see a KO and i see a fighter who is all kinds of wrong for Matthysse.
But lets not forget that Herrera won a disputed decision over Provodnikov(it was some years ago and fighters change) and he got out hustled by Alvarado.

Fact is that they are both wrong for each other but in this case i feel that Matthysse has the edge.

 

Fact: Matthysse's power is very overrated. He's good but not elite.

So here's the thing with Lucas's power.......It's there..he's heavy handed....but you always see the punches coming. He's not fast and even thought he's launching his punches at some extreme angles his opponents are still able to see them coming...it's just sometimes they can't block them due to the angle that Lucas sometimes has on his punches. It's the punches you don't see coming that puts you to sleep most of the time. Lucas has knocked down almost everyone of his opponents so to question his power is an argument that you won't win. The guy has power and that is the biggest reason he's able to compete at this level as an offensive force.

 

He has the most power @ 40, I won't argue with you on that. But the dude is there to be outboxed, he's there to be worked. It's not unreal power like Golovkin, Wilder but it's alright. Someone with a pretty solid chin should be able to take em.

He isn't an inside fighting machine. He is just notorious for his rabbit punching which is used to take their opponents off their game.

When you are able to work around that and get dirty back, you can easily solve him. He's not fast, he doesn't really punch from awkward angles. IMO he's not terribly hard to solve.

Devon only won like a round and got manhandled thru out the fight his phony biceps did him no good probably can't even wipe his own ass. Judah deserved a draw at best and he was getting beat like a little boy vs a man, judah making funny faces everytime he got hurt. Danny couldnt win any rounds until after Lucas was blind. Those 3 have 0% chance to beat Matthysse in a rematch. Old hairy snatches like you is what makes boxing look bad by accepting bad decisions.
