Agreed Hooper won't make the grade either but Horn is destined for bigger things. He can take a shot and going 9rds with Cesaire who is tough as they come with hold him in good stead. Horn's at a good age 25yrs to go abroad and take on the next level..... Hooper probably needs a couple more years developing, shouldve went to next Olympics before going pro
The Korean was awful technically. He looked soft physically but turned out to be as tough as nails. [probably too tough for his own good] Hooper seems to be fragile around the whiskers. If he persists in playing the tough guy standing toe to toe he'll get iced by a genuine puncher. Is Hooper a hype job ?
Hooper has decent power in both hands, but he can losses his temperament at certain points and than he looks sluggish/lazy, big question marks have to put on his chin now and the fact that Korean fighter hurt him will either motivate him to do better or put serious doubts in his mind...
Horn is an classy fighter and is destined for bigger things, just took a few too many clean shots for my liking. Rivan isn't the biggest puncher but he also is a top class fighter. Hooper needs to adjust more to the pro style.
Surely he's got enough pride in him to pull his head in, nice to hear he got pushed around a bit and forced to fight "A fight is a fight..not a one sided affair" :bbb
And reffing, and is good at it. Punchers don't give him any cheek, figuring he ain't gonna deduct a point....he'll deck me
