    HW: Wladimir
    Cruiser: Huck
    LHW: Stevenson
    SMW: Ward
    MW: Sergio
    JMW: Floyd
    WW: Floyd
    140: Garcia - highly debatable w/ Herrera
    135: M. Vazquez
    130: Uchiyama
    126: Jhonny
    122: Rigondeaux
118: Moreno w/ Yamanaka close behind
    115: Narvaez
112: JF Estrada w/ Yaegashi close behind
    108: probably A. Hernandez right now *
    * A. Hernandez if he decisively beats Inoue on 4/6 or if he loses D. Nietes if he decisively beats Fuentes in their 5/10 rematch. Division up in the air after R. Gonzalez and Ioka moved up after each other.
105: Budler w/ Takayama close behind

He has fought in two divisions in the past year. That is the qualification to be ranked.

If you don't think he should be ranked at WW or JMW because he is bouncing between them, then how can you rank Roman Gonzalez at 112 if he has fought at 112, 115, 115, 118, and 108 in his previous 5 fights? How can you rank Ruslan for having fought in two divisions back and forth through his career and in the last two fights as well?

Most of the weight divisions are easy to choose and others you just have to go with the guy who has had the best or biggest wins over the past few years.

    Heavyweight: Wladimir Klitschko
    cruiserweight: Marco Huck
    Light Heavy : Adonis Stevenson
    Super Middle: Andre Ward
    Middleweight : Sergio Martinez
    Light Middle: Floyd Mayweather
    Welterweight: Manny Pacquaio
    Light Welter: Ruslan Provodnikov
    Lightweight : Terrance Crawford
    Super Feather: Takashi Uchiyama
    Featherweight: Jhonny Gonzalez
    Super Bantam: Guillermo Rigondeaux
    Bantamweight: Shinsuke Yamanaka
    Super Flyweight: Omar Andres Narvaez
    Flyweight: Juan Francisco Estrada
    Light Flyweight: Adrian Hernandez
    Minimumweight: Katsunari Takayama

Pac's arguably not even in the top 3 in his division. behind FMJ, Bradley, Marquez, and maybe Maidana. I can't believe Jas is an official *******. Wow .

they didnt fight at catchweights. mayweather would be my number 1 if a fight vs pacquaio was pencilled in but refusal to take that fight passes the number 1 status over to the next best fighter. add to that pacquaios next fight is against someone better than maidana.

Because of his name. He's going to lose to Bradley. Bradley's done nothing but improved, he might be too good for Pacquiao at this stage of his career.

To have Pac at #1 is just nuthuggery. No facts back that up.
