Thread starter you need to lurk not post for a while longer. Read, absorb quietly, and learn, instead of typing. You just haven't earned it yet baby. :hey

Hmm. Some heavyweights are pretty slow. I'm too thin to fight at heavy really but you never know what I get matched with. Could be a slow turd.

Can you post a vid of some shadowboxing or bagwork?

We did tremendous help with a guy named Ylem a while back...

I think he had a similar problem.

LongJab's spot on. The first step is to get a vid up. Then and only then can we help you my fine friend. :good

  8. I agree. The kid is only succeeding in contradicting himself at present.

There's no point wishing him luck with his training. He's not prepared to get in his car and drive to a gym :-(

You have a sense of entitlement and an unearned ego. As someone who coaches athletes I can tell you that you're a cancer to any gym or group. If you want to pay someone to listen to you go and join a commercial gym, boxing is a sport and a coach usually wants to coach. Go take that fight, I'm sure you'll win easily big guy :yep

This may be a stupid question but...why would you want to train at a boxing/kickboxing/mma gym and not spar...at the very least... at some point? If you just want to train to get in better shape, just go to a regular gym and life weights or something.
