3G doesn't have a poor D, he has an adequate D for his style and doesn't get hit with anything stupid. He averages opponents landing under 20%, usually around the 15% range, which is indicative of sound defensive skills. An offensive style will see you getting hit with things a defensive style usually will not.

3G as well is going to come into a big fight 100%, unlike against Rosado where he was coming off of the flu.

You clowns see again and again guys come in different form for differnet fights. Nobody gets up for a stay busy fight like they do a career changing big money fight.

    Chavez gets slaughtered.

Didn't GGG score a TKO against Rosado? And you honestly think Rosado didn't feel hurt in his cut, bleeding and swollen face?

Rosado felt hurt enough that he accused Golovkin had something extra to his gloves and that his punches felt like a swing from a baseball bat. Rosado also fought off the backfoot the entire fight.

This will be a fun fight to watch, but in all likelihood, Chavez will be going into a meat grinder.

GGG didn't turn pro til he was 24 or 25, moron. Martinez turned pro at 22. So Sergio came to pro boxing earlier. I swear, so many people just come in to threads running their mouth without a clue about what they speak.

LOL. What? Too harsh? Sorry, it's annoying that with the quick and easy research tool known as the Internet some people can't spend two minutes to research a fact before stating something as though it's a fact.

GGG had close to 400 amateur fights, Olympic medal ect
sergio had little to no amateur experience. so the guys point was GGG was boxing in his early teens while sergio was over 20....so he was right, you were wrong

I don't necessarily expect GGG to ko Jr considering his chin and his size advantage but he'll win. The gulf in quality is just too great.
