wasnt loading up on his punches as much against Solis as he is harder to hit. Tony has very average power at world level but Price's chin in proper glass

Thompson played it well tonight. He knew that he would win if he was the more busy fighter and used that jab instead of power punches. If he threw more power punches, that would have been dangerous because Solis is a counterpuncher.

Because Price has one of the worst punch resistance in the whole of Boxing, not just the HW division. Maybe the worst stamina in Boxing as well.

Because as Pete Fury has maintained all along, Price has a glass chin

    Disagree.

Despite Solis being fat and lazy, he's still one of the trickiest boxers to hit flush so throwing power punches at him is pointless as you'll never catch him clean.

Thompson actually got his gameplan spot on, he switched his punches from power punches to more high volume and speed which got him the victory.

Actually, Thompson has power. Thompson is good enough that Wilder refused to fight him....................let's see Wilder fight Thompson, but Wilder will continue to refuse. Thompson is the best American heavyweight...............Arreola is second.................but could be first with a lot of hard work........

Thompson's not really what you call a heavy hitter but he does at least have respectable power and he's pretty big as heavies go. That said, he was able to stop Price twice mostly because Price has a weak chin, low stamina, and questionable heart.
