Groves is planting seeds in Froch's head, he got in his head last time round which Froch admitted too and is doing it once more, Froch hasn't learned from it.
I notice on this clip and other clips Groves keeps saying "everything for a reason" like he's telling Froch what is going to happen and that must do Froch's head in because he was right about how the first fight played out. It wont do Froch any harm if he's seeing a Quack
"Carl, I'm going to come out, hold the centre of the ring, win the jab exchanges, throw two right hands..." Groves not only said it he delivered it, those words played a massive part in that fight. When Froch went back to his corner after the first round, he knew he had a massive task at hand.
I agree Mr Foster screwed up that fight. Point i was trying to make was don't make too much of groves predictions as am sure he didn't predict the results of round 9 whatever you think of the ref's decision
I'm not making to much of it, but what I'm saying is much of what Groves said and what Froch pissed himself laughing at, Groves went out and did. It was effective.. this young pretender coming out saying exactly what he was going to do in the first round, hold the centre of the ring, win the jab exchanges, land right hands... the experienced world champion laughing it off as a load of bollocks, then in the 1st round exactly what was said happened. As Froch said in his corner, he was thinking "**** me". Realisation that Groves was delivering on what he was saying.
Groves is into leftfield ways of thinking, I mean the guy follows David Icke on twitter He has Froch in the palm of his hand and there's nothing Carl can do. Groves KO in 6
He didn't realise Hearn had already bought the referee either, Hearn knew SGG was close to KO'ing big nose so gave Foster the arranged signal.
I'm pretty clued up on the old neuro linguistic programming and he is definitely using anchors and affirming techniques on his words, politicians have been using NLP for decades now, Tony Blurt had been well and truly schooled in it, it's just persuasive language techniques and I can see where the OP is coming from with Grove's delivery of what he is saying. May just be how Groves speaks but he may have looked into NLP and thought fook it I'll give it ago, not the first time hypnosis or something like that has been used to get into the head of an opponent, remember Collins with Eubank. So yeah, I can see what the OP is talking about.
As an aside Derren Brown doesn't use NLP or hypnosis at all. He implies he does, so people focus on his words, he actually uses sleight of hand and deception, yet people spend so much attention to his words they miss the tricks. He started out as a very good card trickster, many of his present tricks evolve from them, simple misdirection. George may be trying to use NLP but it won't have as much success as the OP is alluding. Understand it Now is hardly subliminal is it ? NLP used by people like Bandler is a lot more subtle.
