Hello windup alt. Let me clue you in again: 1. GBP fighters are not welcome on HBO. This has been so for about a year, how the **** could you miss it? Thus Lara is not an option, till next year in Monaco at least. Simple enough? 2. Bute GGG is a ******ed comparison, but no surprise there. Bute is a southpaw, wannabe slick, lacking durability. GGG no frills orthodox destroyed, stout enough, KTFOed Bute with headgear. Bute huge draw locally, skipped out on divisional tournament. GGG fights in other guys hometowns and has every divisional contender/champ passing on offers.
@"windup alt"! Curious how every serious fighter from over there is now being labeled the next Bute. Not so cleverly veiled bigotry.
ggg needs to sign with al haymon then he can get the kirkland fight at 160, or a canelo or martinez fight. if not canelo at least quillin. to many champs out there for him to move to 168 already.
That's silly, he's probably fighting Chavez next which is the biggest realistic money fight and who's promoter doesn't get along with Haymon. Haymon wouldn't help with Kirkland who just passed on an offer, or Martinez who's still on HBO where Haymon has little influence.
Bigot? Coming from the site klansman, I'm upset. Where is "over there"? I thought Bute was from Gimpville, Romania, while Loma/ggg are Russian. You having problems with geography, Boss Hog?
Al Haymon is killing boxing more than the sanctioning bodies at this time. Fixed fights, won't pit his best fighters against one another, etc.
I don't care you're ducking my post, but read it twice since you'll be tested on it. Its not hard stuff, just 2 common sense items, but something tells me the lessons will be slow to take
The Ukraine has always been Russia, and from current events, Russia will be making that point pretty clear.
Same can be said about Crimea, but it is still Russia. :yep But, this is not about countries. I never introduced countries to the thread. That would be you boxing bum lovers. Now, put the thread back on track and lose the nationalistic garbage. :good
