AUS-BOXING website currently rate our P4P best as follows:

    1 Daniel Geale

    2 Sakio Bika

    3 Sam Soliman

    4 Anthony Mundine

    5 Blake Caparello

    6 Will Tomlinson

    7 Billy Dibb

    8 Alex Leapai

    9 Lucas Browne

    10 Jarrod Fletcher

Caparello could probably be higher and Tomlinson, after his recent loss, lower.

Last I checked Soliman was still ranked #1 by the IBF who oversaw the Sturm fight. So AUS-BOXING should have no hesitation ranking him.

Pretty sad state of affairs in Australian boxing if Daniel Geale is P4P No.1

Tomlinson and Dib at present have have no business ranking ahead of Leapai, Browne or Fletcher.

Tomlinson yeah bit Dib only lost to a pretty good fighter. Better than what Leapai,Browne or Fletcher have fought.

I'd have Leapai a little higher and Dib not in top 10

Agree, Dib lost to an undefeated world champion, Tomlinson lost to a bum ranked outside the top 150.

you'll just have to find a way to Geale with it :hey, pretty sad your Boyfriend is stuck behind Soliman......and yes we all know Soliman is a drug cheat and Mundine knocked Geale down years ago...but I'm am sure the man will regain his thrown when he beats clottery and eventually gets that big fight:lol:

Geale & Bika are a long way ahead of the rest.

Agree.dont kno how soliman is higher than mundine tho
I wouldn't have Tomlinson in there prob put Lenny Zappa there instead.give it 6 months and Jeff Horn and Brad Pitt will be in there.

Soliman has fought a series of title eliminators and not lost in the past 4 years. In the same period Mundine has lost badly to Wood & Geale.

Fair enough im just going by mundines beat sam 3 times
so should that mean Bika should be ahead of Geale giving Bika latest record and Geale getting beat?

Some P4P lists are based on complete career records. More commonly though they are based only on the previous few years of activity. Or at least they give priority to the most recent results.

In the case of Geale, if the period considered includes his 2 world title wins, he shoud rank above Bika and the others.

It gets very confusing I know were your coming from I do think Geale is our best P4P but sometimes it doesnt represent the best fighters.you can have guys in there who have beat absolutely no ones example Browne ,Tomlinson then theres guys like Lenny Zappa who gets beat by 2 good fighters and I believe is a much better fight then them 2 and doesnt make the top 10.i just think its a bit all over the place and doesnt necessary mean its our best 10 fighters
