its been mannys fault up until only recently where its very clear floyd is just pig headed and not giving us the fight that will define his career and make fans happy.

but on the flip side after what bob arum and manny have done to him i cant blame him for having sour grapes, i just wish he would realise he has just as much to lose not fighting manny as manny and arum do not fighting floyd

This has been explained many times. That 40m is not all for Pac, its for him to split with Top Rank who'd get cut out of the promotion. They split at least that much for JMM 3 and 4 which shows you what a joke offer this is for the mega fight

Alex Ariza, the strength and conditioning coach of WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, blames Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who promotes Pacquiao, and Michael Koncz, the agent of Pacquiao, as standing in way of a possible super-fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr., already scheduled to return on May 5th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. During an explosive interview with Fighthype.com, Ariza erupted when approached about the subject of Koncz and Arum, claiming the two of them are going to do everything possible to prevent the mega-match from taking place. Ariza made several allegations against Arum and Koncz, including one claim that Koncz is preventing any outside parties from reviewing Pacquiao's financial records.

Ariza has made claims about Arum in the past, about doing everything he can to prevent the fight from happening, and this was while he was still part of Team Pacquiao. The
above article is from 2011, I don't think Ariza is sour, I think he's just stating his opinion.
I think there's plenty of blame to go around.

Come on guys!! this is not rocket science.

Ariza was nothing but praise for Manny, Roach and everyone on team PAC. Since being fired it's now nothing but negative trash talking about Manny, roach etc. he is lashing out because he was fired and he can't take it. I wouldn't believe a word he says about Manny or Roach since he was fired.

We truly DKSAB, till we understand Roger Mayweather himself

List boxing related information about Roger (in detail)

Big fan of Roger Resilient Mayweather, for starters Roger is one of the main elements in creating the Floyd jr formula...but we want to understand Roger himself :think

Pretty much this. When Team Pac had the stronger negotiating position they were being ridiculous with it. Now that Floyd is in the much better position he is doing the exact same thing.

People have such selective memory. Some of you seem to keep forgetting that before this phone call happened, Richard Schaefer had been trying like hell to contact Arum to get negotiations started up for this match. REMEMBER! Schaefer went on a tirade to the media because Arum wouldn't even pick up the damn phone. And when asked about it Arum himself said, "I don't know who negotiates for Floyd." Then an interview came up THE VERY NEXT DAY of Floyd saying either talk to Schaefer or Haymon. Arum got the answer he already knew, but did he act on it? HELL NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!

This all happened just prior to the phone call. PRIOR meaning BEFORE!

Now my opinion, is that phone call was nothing but smoke and mirrors. Those who stated that Floyd does not negotiate for himself are completely correct. But the point is, it got so frickin' ridiculous trying to deal with Arum that Floyd said "**** it" and just went straight to the source himself. Was the offer bull****? I believe so, but the point is THAT AT LEAST HE TRIED. Manny's camp hadn't done a damn thing at that point.

Instead of Manny talking about wanting his 50/50(which he obviously no longer deserves) he should have been on the phone asking the Bobfather why hasn't he been picking up the phone? Why is Floyd calling him directly? Why hasn't he started to get the negotiations rolling when GB has been trying to get in contact with TR? All valid questions which Manny isn't smart enough to ask. Manny wants his fight so bad but when it was time to make something happen the dude was nowhere to be found.

How ever many he has had, we know they aren't more excuses than Pac and team have had!

How is it sour grapes, when he was on record saying the fault was on Pac's team way b4 he was ever fired?

It always comes out. Pac was always a coward when it came to Floyd.

    do some research for once.
paq was NOT signed to TR for that offer, he re-signed the following week. he was completely free of TR to make that 40M
