Are you conveniently brushing off what 50 cent said about his butt hurt boyfriend? See how that works? Actually 50 cent was much closer to Floyd than anyone was. All of a sudden, Ariza's words are golden when it suits your agenda.

I really don't care who's at fault for this fight not being made, I just want to see it signed for this upcoming September. Neither fighter is remotely close to being "shot" and I think it could still break all the PPV records by a WIDE margin.

Floyd has all the money in the world already, I'd like to see his last 3 fights after Marcos be legacy builders (but to Floyd's credit, I thought the Alvarez fight was one that definitely helped his legacy.)

I want to see FLoyd fight the winner of Bradley-pacman or Cotto-martinez in September. I'd favor him over all 4 of those guys, and I really think landing and winning any of those bouts would greatly enhance his overall resume.

Floyd on his friendship with Rapper 50 Cent . " Real recognizes Real " :deal

Skip Bayless – “Did Floyd DUCK Manny Pacquiao?”

50 CENT – “Yes. That’s a 100 million dollars, and he just left it. At this point, it’s more him sorting out who’s the perfect opponent than him fighting the toughest fighter to fight.”

"I can't hang out with Floyd no more, I'm tired of running from Manny Pacquiao" - Rapper / boxing promoter Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson :deal

^^You misquoted what 50 cent said on First Take

He said he doesn't believe FLoyd is scared of anybody in boxing, but that he didn't want the fight made because Manny would be getting too much money for it. He said FLoyd always has a big problem with the amount his opposition gets paid to fight him.

In the case of Manny, 50 cent said FLoyd "ducked" him because he stood to make as much as FLoyd did for the fight which didn't sit well with FLoyd at all so he moved on. He said he knows that Floyd wasn't scared of Manny and he also believed at Pacman's peak that FLoyd would've beat him.

If you're going to throw quotes out there, at least keep them in their proper context.

But he still blamed FLOYD for the fight not happening and admitted he was running from Pacquiao (His own words) which led to the end of their friendship . :deal :deal :deal

^6It definitely is a bit concerning that FLoyd cares that much about what other fighters make, but he truly believes he's the A-side fighter in any bout he's in, regardless of who the opponent is.

In Pacman's case, he has a very established fanbase in the Phillipines and pretty much the entire region of SouthEast Asia, he also considers himself the A-side and rightfully so.

So this is the problem with trying to negotiate 2 A side fighters to fight one another. Especially when they're promoted by rival companies.

As to Pacman "ducking" FLoyd after being offered 40 million, I can understand Pac's point of view on that. Event hough he's never made 40 million in any of his fights, a fight with FLoyd would surely gain some astronomical number quite possibly in the 2.5 to 3 million viewer range. It's very possible those numbers could occur. SO even if he received a partial guarantee of the PPV sales, Pacman and his team surely knew he was getting lowballed by probably around 20-25 million dollars.

If both sides split the purse down the middle, it's safe to say both men would see upwards of 90 million dollars each.
