Good fight, this is khans level, he doesn't deserve to be fighting for world titles at this point and there's a good chance he gets knocked out here. Il be putting money on collazo.

Another knockout defeat for chicken legs and his glass chin. There is no more deluded fighter in the UK.

Don't know who plans Khan's career for him, but it's a big mess at the moment. He could have had 3 decent fights in the past year. Instead, he's been running around trying to get the Mayweather ticket, only to end up on the undercard of a guy who he beat a few years ago (as someone pointed out earlier in this thread).

Brook fight definitely needs to happen, it will be a massive domestic fight. Ortiz is another guy he should be fighting. Can't believe he missed out on Bradley, that was a huge opportunity right there.

Poor fight in which Khan gets a shot at Floyd if he wins...

Wonder how much $ he will get paid to take the drop to sell the Khan vs Floyd fight.

I think its a good fight and khan I think will be stopped. He will be winning but get caught and thats it over ( light middle next lol) . Not saying collazo is a world beater or anything but then again neither is khan. If khan wins he needs to beat a good top 10 welter to prove he is back.

I actually think it's a good fight - Collazo is a pure boxer and will have taken
a lot of confidence from the Ortiz fight.

We'll have to see if ring rust plays a part for Khan and this is a harder fight than an over the hill Julio Diaz who gave him fits.

If he hasn't improved from his last fight, I think he'll lose

    i agree

collazo is underrated on this forum.. even malignaggi spoke highly of collazo andhe knows his ****.. but i agree with you if amir khan hasn't improved collazo will KO him... good fight starting off at 147 in my opinion...

would of preferred him to fight robert guerrero.

If Khan hasnt improved since the Diaz fight then I think he loses this fight.

Beating Ortiz is better than anything Brook has done, also he beat Berto watch the fight again he was robbed that time, Also may well have beat Hatton though i had it a draw. Brook's best win is Senchenko hardly a duck until Kell fights someone half decent.

agree with this.. even if khan fought brook and beat him he won't get any credit coz brook has just fought tomato cans and that's what people will use as an excuse.... but a win over collazo is more credible.. people won't be jumping for joy but it's still a legit 147 lb'er win

Hes not ducking Brook. He thinks he will still get the MONEY fight. Brook is otherwise engaged,so he's taking this one instead. I think he's gone backwards as a boxer, was surprised he's taken Collazzo with so much ring rust. But if he does come through I can see a few scenarios where Amir fights Kell next year. About 50 50 chance of it happening if he manages to pull off a win here. If not, possible retirement.
